This project redefines the laundry experience, turning a routine chore into an activity that brings joy and a sense of accomplishment. Through contextual research, we uncovered the emotional and practical needs of users, forming a framework centered on Relief, Enjoyment, and Efficiency. Supported by ten key values - affordable, customizable, sustainable, automatic, hidden and compact, easy, intelligent, safe, familiar, and convenient, this framework transforms laundry into a satisfying and intuitive experience.

Problem

Laundry is often seen as a tedious, repetitive task that offers little satisfaction, leaving users frustrated and disengaged from the experience.

Solution

By studying human behaviors and the emotional drivers of Relief, Enjoyment, and Efficiency, a laundry framework was developed supported by ten key values. All research insights were compiled into a thoughtfully designed client book, transforming laundry from a mundane chore into a satisfying, intuitive, and enjoyable experience.
