Unlocking Mars - Data Visualization
Mars has been a subject of scientific fascination for decades. While there is no direct evidence of existing life on the planet, recent discoveries have indicated the presence of water in the form of ice, past riverbeds, and underground reservoirs. Water is a crucial element for life as we know it, and its existence on Mars raises hope for the potential of microbial life or ancient life forms.
This project is twofold: first, to inform, and second, to persuade. Utilizing the same data sets, we aim to showcase information in two distinct looks and purposes. By presenting the findings in different ways, our goal is to inform the audience about Mars' intriguing characteristics and, simultaneously, persuade them to consider the possibility of life beyond our home planet.
